Not only do we build our floor plans to maximize energy efficiency, but we’re also an Energy Star Partner, and officially certified through the US Green Building Council’s LEED for Homes program.
A majority of the homes that we build are LEED ((Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified! This certification requires our homes to be built with the utmost care, following strict mandates for indoor air quality, material specification and resource origination! How many years have you been in business?
Of course, it’s important to choose a builder that has many years of experience in their field. It’s typically recommended to look for companies with 5+ years in construction and design. This knowledge will give you peace of mind that no matter what obstacles may arise, your builder has the tools and expertise to conquer them. Additionally, many years of experience also means that they are more likely to have built homes in a variety of shapes, sizes and styles.
